   Shipping/Terms

 

  • All animals are shipped via Next Day Shipping.
 
  • Supplies will be shipped out standard ground service, which is usually guaranteed around 3-

           7 days from our suppliers; dependant upon destination.

 

  • No live arrival guarantee on shipments in temperatures below 40(f) or above 89(f).
 
  • No live arrival guarantee on shipments delayed or mishandled by carrier. Claims of this nature must be taken up with the carrier service.
 
  • No live arrival guarantee if no one is present to recieve the package upon delivery.
 
  • Once you recieve your shipment, please open the package imediately and inspect your animal.
 
  • DOA must be reported to us within 24 hours for credit. Pictures of the deceased animal may be required.
 
  • You will be contacted after sale has been made to set up a delivery time for your animal, unless previous arrangements have been made. This will ensure someone will be at the shipping address to take delivery.
     
  • Shipping insurance is available upon request.

    Payment and Return Policy


    • We currently accept Paypal. Paypal Does not require you to have a paypal account to make payments using your Credit Card.

     

    • We also offer a payment plan with a 25% down payment. We are fairly flexible, and will work with you on which payment arrangement is best for you. Once your account is settled; we will then ship your animal to you.

     

    • If you cancel your order, any balance remaining on your purchase will be returned less a 10% re-stocking/holding fee. You will also be charged a 10% re-stocking fee for returned supplies. However, the 10% fee will not be charged if you wish to recieve in-store credit.

     

    • Returns on supplies must be made within 10 days from reciept.

     

    • Shipping and handling is non-refundable.
       

     

    • Supplies cannot be returned without the manufacturer's original packaging.

     

    • Used items may not be returned.
