Shipping
All
animals are shipped via Next Day Air. During periods of extreme weather
conditions, we use three cold or heat packs for shipment to ensure live
arrival of your animal. Depending on the weather, you will be charged
an extra $3.50 for the use of extra cold or heat packs; thats two extra
cold or heat packs @ $1.75 ea.
You will be contacted by email, or by phone, after sale has been made to set up a delivery time for your animal. This will ensure someone will be at the shipping address to take delivery.
Supplies will be shipped out standard ground service, which is usually guaranteed around 3-5 days from our suppliers; dependant upon destination. All packages that leave our facility are insured with shipping service, and is included in shipping costs!

are not responsible for carrier delays, loss, mishandled, or any damage
caused by carrier. Claims of this nature must be reported to the
carrier service.

Payment
We accept Paypal. You do not need to have a paypal account to make payments using your Credit Card.
We
also offer a payment plan with 25% down. We are fairly flexible, and
will work with you on which payment arrangement is best for you. Once
your account is settled; we will then ship your animal to you. |
